At 1:20PM Eastern (18:20 GMT), we rolled back FogBugz On Demand to version 8.17.722. This was done in order to resolve an issue with editing cases for users with Kanban disabled, which was introduced with the latest release.
We will have a 1-hour maintenance window for our On Demand services starting at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (02:00 UTC February 28 2017). During this maintenance window, the FogBugz and Kiln On Demand service will be unavailable intermittently.
Starting at 0036 Eastern (0536 UTC) on 16 February we received pages about system outages in our On Demand services. We were able to discover an issue in our service databases which failed in a way that prevented backup mirrors from taking over. We were able to recover the primary database instance and restore service to our On Demand services by 0150 AM (0650 UTC).
