At 14:45 Eastern (19:45 UTC) we saw an alert from our storage system, and started receiving notifications of 404 errors and general system down issues with our On Demand services. We were working with our vendors to resolve some hardware issues related to our power issue from Sunday 13 November. We have fully resolved our hardware issue and On Demand services should be performing normally at this time.
Please note this is different than the slowness and downtime we've seen over the past week. This has been related to network congestion, for which we've made some configuration changes. We continue to monitor this issue, and have seen normal network traffic since the configuration change.
