At approximately 12:45PM Eastern, we lost connection to one of our database servers, which resulted in an outage for any customers with FogBugz data on that server. Accounts not on that server may have experienced intermittent slowness or errors as the system adjusted. By 1PM Eastern, connectivity was restored to the database server and all accounts should be functioning at this time. There is no indication that this issue was related to the upgrade scheduled for today.
