Between 4:16 AM and 10:23 AM on Tuesday 4 October (8:16 AM and 2:23 PM GMT) we had intermittent load issues on one of our systems. This caused transient slowdowns and timeouts throughout the issue window, usually lasting 5-15 minutes each. We discovered a set of repositories that were causing disproportionate load on our service, and took steps to remediate the load while preserving the integrity of Kiln. At this time the repository remediation is complete and Kiln should be performing as normal.
