We are currently investigating a chronic issue with Kiln On Demand. This has caused occasional interruptions in service for some to all of our Kiln On Demand customers when performing repository sync operations. These interruptions usually last less than 15 minutes for affected accounts.
Our System Administrators are on the case, finding the best way to make sure we resolve this issue fully without introducing any other issues. In the mean time, we're sorry for any inconvenience. As always, please contact us with any concerns.
