Update: This issue reoccured at 5:00AM ET on 9/16/2016 (9:00AM UTC) and was rectified within 10 minutes.
Between 6:40PM ET on 9/15/2016 (10:40PM UTC) we began seeing issues with the Kiln on Demand service, specifically impacting hosted repository access.
Investigation showed a connectivity issue between the Kiln servers and the queuing system, which was rectified by 6:50PM EDT (11:50PM UTC).
During the first occurrence, Intermittent issues may have been experienced by some customers for up to 30 minutes following, as their Kiln sessions reconnected to the backend queuing system. The second occurrence cleared immediately.
