From approximately 2:00 PM to 2:20 PM Eastern (1800-1820 GMT), all FogBugz and Kiln On Demand accounts were unreachable, returning 503s or showing an overheating message. This issue is now resolved and access should be restored to all On Demand accounts.
In preparation for our upcoming release, we rolled out the code to a small group of test accounts. This release includes a new feature switch; adding this switch broke all existing sites as they couldn't find the default value to use for the switch. We set the value explicitly in our operations database which solved the problem. Our awesome devs have already updated our deployment process to more gracefully handle partial rollouts of new feature switches.
