We're seeing repeated load spikes on Kiln servers where large numbers of repository operations occurring simultaneously are consuming available Kiln resources. On occasion, this is causing timeouts and other service denial effects to a subset of Kiln users. We're currently in the process of diagnosing the root cause and the proper mitigations to keep Kiln running smoothly.
We apologize for the interruptions. Please let us know if you have any issues using Kiln, and we'll get them resolved as quickly as possible. We'll continue investigating and working with our Kiln team to stabilize the service.
