FogBugz On Demand Upgrade: Sunday, February 3 0200 UTC

We will be upgrading all accounts to FogBugz On Demand version 8.9.19. Some customers may experience 5-10 minutes of downtime over the course of the three hours between 0200 and 0500 UTC. This is a small upgrade with several infrastructure improvements to aid in future releases.

FogBugz and Kiln On Demand Maintenance - COMPLETE

Maintenance has been completed without incident.

Our migration maintenances roll on and continue this weekend.

As before, a small subset of customers will be moved during the maintenance. If you need to know if you're going to be a part of it, please contact us.

The maintenance window will open promptly at 0300 UTC, January 27 (2200 EST, January 26) and will remain open for three hours, closing at 0600 UTC (0100 EST). Individual customers will experience between 5 and 30 minutes of service interruption during this period. That interruption may occur at any time during the maintenance window.

The upgrade to 8.9.17 has been completed successfully. All gauges in the green. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Kiln On Demand Maintenance Completed

NAILED IT!

Our previously announced maintenance was completed ahead of schedule without incident. No customers should have experienced any interruption in service. This completes the last incremental step of the maintenance that I had mangled more than once. All services should be restored.

FogBugz 8.9.17 Release Notes

• Improved the Mobile log-in page
• Fixed bug where you could not list cases for a saved filter through the XML API
• Fixed bug where you would get duplicate email suggestions
• Fixed bug where inline image attachments would not get removed from email
• Fixed bug where search indicies stored on disk (licensed customers only) would become corrupted
• Fixed bug in HTML parser where a user could paste an HTML fragment into a case and break the styles of the page

Kiln On Demand Maintenance: Jan. 18, 0300 UTC (Jan. 17, 2200 EST)

We will be performing maintenance on the Kiln On Demand infrastructure on Thursday night/Friday morning.

The maintenance will be brief and non-impacting for most customers. The exception are customers with long-running sessions (clones or pushes); these may have their session interrupted. The maintenance will begin promptly at 0300 UTC (2200 EST) and the window will last until 0345 UTC (2245 EST).

FogBugz and Kiln On Demand Sign-Ups Working

The previously posted issue has been resolved. One of our front-end web servers was unhappy and needed to be recycled. It is now working correctly now. The root cause is unknown.

FogBugz and Kiln On Demand Sign-Up Broken

We are currently experiencing errors in our shop website which prevent signing up for new FogBugz or Kiln On Demand accounts. Our sysadmin team and engineering are working on resolving this ASAP. We will update here when they are working again.
