With our unplanned maintenances and emergencies out of the way, we're resuming our efforts toward migrating customers to better equipment.
Maintenance will begin Sunday morning at 0200 UTC (Saturday night, 2200 EDT) and will last until 0600 UTC (0200 EDT). Downtime for individual customers will be as long as 30 minutes, and is dictated by the size of their account (smaller accounts will experience closer to 1-2 minutes). This period of downtime could occur at any point during the maintenance window. This will only impact a select group of our customers. If you need to know if you will be in the impacted group, please contact us.
To help us maintain stability, we will halt incoming and outgoing email for FogBugz On Demand accounts during the maintenance window. Email will continue to queue and will be pulled into customer accounts once the entire maintenance is complete.
