At 03:00 Sunday morning (GMT) we will upgrade all accounts to FogBugz 8.7.44. This release includes the following:
- Performance improvements
- Serve images, javascript, and css via a CDN
- Package our javascript in a way that is more cacheable
- Sprite-ify many images to improve page load times
- Plugin updates
- Case to Salesforce
- Original Opener
- BugzTop
- Sort uploaded attachments based on the order they were attached
- Make it clear when BugzScout reporting is turned on or off in a case
- Don't show the reply button in the grid view if the user can't send email
- Fix speedy user add
- Make disabled accounts more reliable
- Fix client side email validation
- Fix the "add new dependency" functionality for milestones
- Cosmetic changes
- Minor edits to welcome email
- Touch up the wiki revision container
- Fix up the gamma correction on some icons
- Fix the spacing around "show quoted text" links in email events
- Adjust the spacing on the wiki action icons
- Style collapsed bug events to match the new styles
- Fix the bubble menus in the wiki
The upgrade is expected to be quick but does include a minor database upgrade. If you run into the "We are upgrading your account" message, give it just a minute or two and reload. The vast majority of you shouldn't even notice!
