Brief FogBugz On Demand Maintenance this Sunday, 5/2, at 04:00 GMT

This weekend I'll be performing a small amount of database maintenance on each of your accounts.  During this you may notice up to five minutes of downtime while I move your database to a more optimal server.

Maintenance Complete; All Services Up

The previously mentioned maintenance has been completed, and all services are running normally.  As always, if you have any issues, please contact us here.

FogBugz and Kiln On Demand maintenance this Sunday, April 18, at 04:00 GMT

We'll be performing maintenance on the FogBugz and Kiln On Demand database servers this Sunday at 04:00 GMT.

This maintenance will be performed in two stages. The first will incur a total Kiln outage for up to 30 minutes. The second stage will take accounts offline very briefly one at a time.

All maintenance should be complete by 07:00 GMT.

Upstream Network Maintenance this Friday, April 16, at 06:00 GMT

Our Internet Service Provider will be performing network maintenance this Friday between 06:00 GMT and 10:00 GMT. The impact should be minimal, but some customers may experience two ten minute windows of latency and packet loss. These windows may occur at any time during the maintenance period.

Emergency Maintenance: FogBugz and Kiln On Demand Images Not Appearing for Some Customers

We are aware of a bug that is stopping images and other static resources from rendering properly for some FogBugz and Kiln On Demand customers.  A fix will be released shortly to correct this.  During this time, your FogBugz On Demand account may become inaccessible for up to 30 seconds.
