We're rolling out a minor update to FogBugz On Demand this weekend that requires a database update. When you hit your site, do not be alarmed if you see a message stating that your FogBugz On Demand account is being upgraded - it should last no more than fifteen minutes.
Around 8:40 UTC, FogBugz On Demand experienced a brief outage affecting a fair percentage of our active customers. The problem was isolated to the front-end web farm, and data was unaffected.
The system has been stabilized, and full investigation has begun so that we can both understand what happened and work to prevent this from occurring again.
More details will follow as appropriate.
Please contact us via this form if you have further questions or are still experiencing any issues.
We will be making a small change to Copilot's backend configuration that requires a reboot of the service. The interruption should be very brief, though it may occur at any time between 05:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT.
We will be upgrading our routers' operating systems this weekend between 05:00 and 08:00 GMT. Service interruption is expected to be minimal (most likely a couple transient connection timeouts), but may occur at any time during this window.
We are applying a backend change to Copilot this Sunday, January 10, between 05:00 and 06:00 GMT. The service interruption itself should only last a couple of minutes but may occur at any time during the maintenance window.
