Maintenance Complete

All maintenance tasks have been completed, including the replacement of the failing hardware chassis mentioned in this previous post.

Copilot / Joel on Software Services are Back Online

The earlier issue has been resolved. 

The database server that powers these two services went down with a CPU failure.  The box is back online, but I will be replacing it altogether tonight during our previously scheduled maintenance. 

Copilot / Joel on Software Service Outage

update: one of our database servers is having trouble, and we will have to work onsite to resolve.  more updates to come as things progress.

We are currently experiencing a service outage with Copilot and the Joel on Software website.  I will post an update as soon as I have more information.

June 21st @ 04:00 - 06:00 GMT: FogBugz On Demand and Copilot Maintenance

On Sunday, June 21st at 04:00 GMT, we will be performing maintenance on the network infrastructure that supports our FogBugz On Demand and Copilot applications.   We will be replacing one of our switches with a pair of new ones to in order to add redundancy for one of our cabinets, and will also be doing some preliminary testing to locate other single points of failure.
