Copilot.com Website Outage

Due to a configuration mishap, the Copilot.com website was unavailable this afternoon for approximately 45 minutes.  This did not impact existing Copilot sessions.

Our standard monitoring configuration did not detect this outage in a timely fashion, and I will be updating its configuration to improve.  

Maintenance Completed Successfully

Last night's maintenance was completed successfully, and all services are up and running.

On Demand Maintenance This Weekend (Sunday, April 26 04:00 GMT)

On April 26, at 04:00 GMT, we will be performing maintenance for On Demnad.  The first phase of the maintenance will last no more than an hour, and will involve the installation of new routers and load balancers.  

The second phase is an account transfer for select On Demand users to a new database server.  This transfer will take no more than five minutes per account.  When your account is being transferred, you will simply see a notice for a few moments and then you will regain access. 

Network Maintenance this Weekend

We will be installing new routers and load balancers in our New York datacenter at midnight (EST), this Sunday, 4/26. This is expected to take less than an hour, and actual service impact will be limited to brief connectivity interruptions and some routing instability.

Invalid Invitation Codes for Copilot

If you have downloaded a Copilot host or helper with an invitation code that doesn't match the one you originally got from us, specifically an invitation code starting with 013, please download a new copy of the helper or host.  It should now match up.
