Fog Creek System Status

NY Network Maintenance This Weekend

On August 24, 2008 at 04:00 - 06:00 GMT, we're going to take our NY data center offline to test our network connectivity and implement the first phase of our redundancy plan. 

During this outage, you will not have access to Copilot, FogBugz On Demand, or any of the main Fog Creek websites.

Resolution on Data Center Connectivity Problems

Our colo moved us to a new port on their patch panel, and service has been restored. 

We apologize for all of the trouble, as it was just a month ago that we had a cable failure on our ISP's side. 

We have a plan in place to implement redundant connections in the next 90 days.

Update on the connectivity issue: one of our sysadmins is on his way out, and an on site technician is currently replacing the patch cables between us and our colo / isp. 

Connectivity Problems w/ New York Data Center

We are currently experiencing some connectivity issues with our New York data center.  This means that Copilot and some FogBugz On Demand customers will be experiencing issues.
